of its own since Friday, March 26.

* it is now possible for more than one pay2send associate to
  sign up for the same mailing list without delivery problems

* unacceptable messages are now refused at the server instead
  of getting bounced with bounce messages.

The "COMMENT" you can set in your account preferences is
included in the servfer refusal message, making it sort
of a configurable challenge/response "challenge".

magic phrases in your comment.
